Managed Application View

The following image from the SofTrack Console shows a Managed Application View with custom columns

This view was just created, the Add Application button is used to add inventoried applications or manually entered applications
Custom columns have a leading underscore (_Department, _Account Group, _How_used)
The Add Column button is used to create custom columns
Email Reminders can be set for one more more applications
The structure and data are stored in SQL
Values entered can be directly exported to sortable HTML or CSV

Data associated with a Managed Application View

Each row is custom, the 4 column names are static, the data shown is custom
Item Type List includes an unlimited number of list items as required
Item Type File can be any file of any type as required, the stored file is easily retrieved when needed
Data Values entered can be directly exported to sortable HTML or CSV

Every portion of the Reminder Email can be customized as required
The Reminder can be cloned and modified at any time
The email can be configured to be sent to a predefined email list stored at the Entity or an ad-hoc list or both
The email configuration (SMTP detals) is separately performed and is automatically used when sending Email Reminders
Application Reminders configuration is identical except the Number of Devices included will instead represent the number of Applications included
