Revit® 4-panel activity dashboard charts

The following image shows 4 activity charts for a specific Autodesk® application.

Charts are configurable for any Autodesk® Application, this is a sample using Revit®
Date range indicated at top of each panel
First chart details number of unique users of Revit® per week (per day and per month also available) throughout your organization
Second chart (top right) indicates total days of usage per Autodesk® license pool, each are identified by pool expiration date
Third chart (bottom left) details number of unique users (by Autodesk® userid) per customer-configured Entity
Fourth chart (bottom right) details, per version of Revit®, the number of individual usages that occurred lasting more than 5 minutes
These charts can be further configured to use various date ranges such as last 30 days or previous month
All charts can be configured to be automatically generated and sent via email at any number of time periods and to any number of email addresses

Combined Usage of all Autodesk® licenses 4-panel activity dashboard charts

The following image shows 4 activity charts for a combination of all Autodesk® applications.

Charts include all Autodesk® applications used at any time within the reporting period.
Date range indicated at top of each panel
First chart details number of unique users of a combination of all Autodesk® applications per week (per day and per month also available) throughout your organization
Second chart (top right) indicates total days of combined usage per Autodesk® license pool, each are identified by pool expiration date
Third chart (bottom left) details number of unique users (by Autodesk® userid) per customer-configured Entity
Fourth chart (bottom right) details, per license model (including network license serial number), the number of individual usages that occurred lasting more than 5 minutes
These charts can be further configured to use various date ranges such as last 30 days or previous month
All charts can be configured to be automatically generated and sent via email at any number of time periods and to any number of email addresses

The following image shows all user Autodesk® activity including level of engagement.

Report includes all Autodesk® applications used at any time within the reporting period.
Date range indicated at top of the report, including the business unit (sample entity: COLA)
Autodesk® User Id including local user logon are included
Combined usage summary per user, per Autodesk® license
Enumerates all Autodesk® licenses used (RTL=Single-User Subscription, TRL=Free Trial, etc.) per user
Reveals each version opened (i.e. 2021, 2022, 2023, etc.) per user
Provides, per user, per license, number of usages, average active time, average idle time and date/time of most recent usage
This report is contained within a single HTML file that can easily be shared as needed

Individual user details are included for the selected Autodesk® application
